Description of the development

  • The development involves the proposal of plots which respect the topography of the surrounding landscape through artfully studied and naturalised terracing.
  • The aim of the project is to create the Northern Rome Logistics Hub and render it operative through the transfer of the leasehold of urbanised plots.
  • The first phase of the project has already been completed and is fully operational, for an overall area of 650,000 mq of which 409,000 mq of Land Surface with the deeds already signed. The 2nd phase (200,000 mq) is currently in an advanced stage of progress, with the aim of guaranteeing the market with further plots, including those of large dimensions, in the very near future.
  • In order to complete the investment programme, the Sabina Industrial Park S.p.A is preparing to finalise the urbanisation of the 3rd phase of the remaining 650,000 mq of the surface area.



  • 180 hectares of total area
  • 120 hectares for logistics – industrial use
  • 11 hectares for services and sports / recreational facilities
  • 5 hectares of public parking
  • 13 hectares of public green area
